The Annual Galaxy Holiday Wine Festival...
This grand wine tasting event is our annual showcase of the years most exciting wines from our best distributors paired with an exquisite offering of culinary food selections from our Chefs. We offer great wines ranging in price from $10 to $100, ensuring that both new and familiar regions, producers, and varietals will be offered. Over 100 wines will be poured, Great Food, Live Music, Cooking Demos, Auctions, it's all here on Nov. 30th.
Event Highlights:
* Over 100 wines to taste and sample from all over the world including many higher end selections.
* Great Food - Extensive Hor d'Oeuvres stations throughout the space, a wine/food tasting extravaganza.
* Live music 7PM - 10PM, Jazz by Paul Wolf Christensen

* Silent Auctions with large bottle formats of great wines.
* Wine Wheel - Win wine and other prizes by taking a spin on the wine wheel
* Wall of wine - View the entire wine offering and vote for your favorite wines.
* Wine Store: All tasting wines sell at State minimum prices, 10% off cases.

Artisan Cheese, Fruit, and Meats Charcuterie Board - Chef’s select artisan cheeses, cured meats, and fresh fruit.
Salad ~ Station One
Caprese salad skewers with cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella cheese balls, fresh basil and balsamic glaze.
Seafood ~ Station Two
Seafood Parmesan Risotto, Creamy parmesan risotto topped with shrimp, lobster, and sea scallops.
Beef ~ Station Three (Action Station)
Chimichurri Steak, Beef tenderloin topped with Argentinian Chimichurri sauce and served with homemade cowboy potatoes.
Pork ~ Station Four
Braised peach pork tenderloin with a sweet rub, topped with peach reduction and served with asparagus.
Pasta ~ Station Five
Short rib ragu pappardelle (Action station), Cook to order by one of our chefs. Pappardelle pasta tossed in red wine, meat sauce, and aromatic fresh herbs. Topped with parmesan cheese.
Dessert: Lava cake
