Join us for a Caymus Wine Dinner from Napa California. One of the most well known and highly regarded wineries in Napa, we will offer a wide range of Caymus wines including Special Selection Cabernet. 

ARRIVAL: Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, Artisan Cheese and Fruit
FIRST COURSE: Maine Lobster Salad with Mango and Avocado, 2023 Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
SECOND COURSE: Smoked Duck Roulade with Sun-dried Bordeaux Cherry sauce, 2021 Emmolo Merlot, Napa Valley
THIRD COURSE: Cocoa Crusted Lamb Medallions and Red Currant Demi, 2020 Caymus-Suisun Gran Durif Suisun Valley (Petite Sirah)
FOURTH COURSE: American Wagyu Bavette with Truffle Gorgonzola sauce and wild mushroom risotto. For this course we are pairing the 2022 Caymus Vineyards 50th Anniversary Cabernet Sauvignon AND 2015 Caymus Selection Cabernet Sauvignon.
FIFTH COURSE: Flourless Chocolate Torte served with Berries, Espresso Coffee
