A big taste of our fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs served with crispy fries, Galaxy coleslaw and plenty of sauce!

Seasoned seven-ounce “Circle L. Ranch” beef patty on a butter-grilled Kaiser bun, topped with melted pepper jack, provolone, and American cheeses, garnished with icicle lettuce and sliced tomato. Served with Gold n’ Krisp chips.
LAKE ERIE PERCH
Crispy breaded Lake Erie perch filets cooked to a golden brown. Served with French fries, Galaxy coleslaw, tartar sauce and malt vinegar.
CHICKEN AND ARTICHOKES
Boneless breast of chicken pan seared and finished in the oven. Topped with broiled parmesan garlic artichoke hearts, finished with roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce and served over roasted vegetables.
BEEF SHORT RIBS
Braised Certified Black Angus boneless beef short ribs served shingled over creamy mashed potatoes and fresh vegetable medley. Finished with a rich red wine Bordelaise.
PECAN PORK TENDERLOIN
Pecan crusted pork tenderloin, baked and served shingled, topped with Galaxy original apple cider reduction, sweet potato puree and steamed broccoli florets.

Broiled Cold Water Lobster Tail
Galaxy’s one pound Australian lobster tail broiled with white wine, lemon and butter, served with House vegetables and your choice of side.
