MIXED BERRY MOJITO CHEESECAKE
New York style cheesecake infused with mixed berries, lime, and mint schnapps on a biscotti crust. topped with rum crème anglaise and candied lime.
WINE ROOM ENTREE FEATURES
Pan-seared breaded veal cutlet topped with Marsala wine and mushroom sauce, served with creamy mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus.
CRAB STUFFED “CIRCLE L. RANCH” STRIP STEAK
Ten-ounce hand-cut “Prime” Limousin strip steak stuffed with our award winning crabcake, then broiled to order. This beef comes from our own “Circle L. Ranch” located near Burbank Ohio and is dry aged 30 days for maximum flavor. Served with fresh asparagus and Galaxy cowboy potatoes.
Boneless breast of chicken dredged in Italian breadcrumbs and cooked golden brown, then finished in the oven with provolone and mozzarella cheeses and served over linguine marinara.
FOUR CHEESE RAVIOLI
Mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, and Romano cheese blend stuffed in delicate pillows of pasta tossed with Galaxy red sauce. This dish is topped with shredded mozzarella and accompanied with a grilled baguette.
Come here for Sunday Brunch when ever the opportunity arises. Beautiful restaurant, always clean, staff is very attentive. Wonderful Sunday Brunch, usual breakfast items (eggs, biscuits, sausage, bacon). Plus Prime Rib, chicken, fish, roasted veggies and an excellent salad buffet. Me & my boyfriend came for dinner this past Wednesday, we had a late reservation (8pm) so the restaurant was not busy, which I think this was a plus because we received exceptional service. We dined at the wine room, our waitress, Gary, recommended excellent wines. We had a wine flight trio with a Riesling, a cab, and a chateaux. As appetizers we had the mussels, that were good, and the fried oysters, which were fried- I thought they would be more plump, less breaded, but they were still tasty. For main course my boyfriend had the 16oz prime rib, cooked medium, and finished the whole thing. It was huge. Gary recommended an amazing pasta dish for me, I don't even know what it was called but it had linguini, jumbo shrimp & scallops, anchovies, mushroom & some tomato paste or sun dried, not sure, but it was insane, and I got to eat it for lunch next day too! loved it - My husband , son and I went for our anniversary and loved it. I ordered a dinner that was not even on the menu and they were happy to make it for me.
