Place grilled burger on cheese side then top with lettuce, red onion, guacamole, and salsa. Fold tortilla over to make a half circle. ENJOY!
Story: We enjoy Mexican food A LOT and were getting sick of the typical, on a bun, ketchup and mayo burgers, so we decided to experiment and came up the Tortilla Burger. It's fun to make our own guacamole and salsa, but the store-bought stuff tastes fine too. It's simple, quick, gives us the satisfaction of eating a burger, and at the same time satisfies our hunger for Mexican food.
