Greetings from the Kitchens of the Galaxy.
Has it been a year already?
That's right, my friends, I have recently celebrated my first anniversary as your Executive Chef at the Galaxy.
As a Chef, I must say, it is tremendously fulfilling to see familiar faces, along with some new ones, coming in every week.
This business is all about people, plain and simple. How can we, the Culinary staff at the Galaxy, make your experience more than just a night out? Share with us so that we can put that "cherry on top" so to speak. We very much enjoy the opportunity!!
This is a very exciting time for the Galaxy; the holiday season just around the corner and the Steak House menu going like gangbusters. This is not to say that we are resting or standing still; far from it.
You can be sure that there are some big things on the horizon for all parts of the Galaxy...mark my words.
Now onto "new business":
Thanksgiving at the Galaxy is always a special occasion. We are literally filled to the rafters for our exceptional buffet and you want to make sure to get your reservation in ASAP!!. Like last year, I will be carving and cannot wait to say hello to all of you.
The Rat Pack Dinner is the next evening....tremendous entertainment and a lot of fun!
The Next evening, Saturday the 26th, is the Holiday Wine Extravaganza. Food and wine from all over the world!! Cooking demonstrations and hints that will help you entertain with a little bit of pizazz.
Who knows, you might even get a song out of me....'tis the season, after all.
Come to think of it, you should just make a long weekend of it with two fantastic hotels just across the parking lot....but I digress.
