Greetings from the Kitchens of the Galaxy!
With the weather warming up, and summer just around the corner, it is time to welcome the fresh and locally grown produce from Farmer Jerry back to the Galaxy.
We have already started receiving strawberries, amazing asparagus, rhubarb and wonderful garlic scapes which is a cross between shallots, garlic and onion and the unbelievable heirloom tomatoes are going to be on your plates just as soon as we can get them.
There are so many choices and recipes that you are sure to find something that is just what you are looking for when you join us at the Galaxy.
As far as what you can look forward to finding in the upcoming weeks, let me start by saying that the patio isn't the only place that's hopping!
Have you been to the dining room on a Friday night?
If you have, then you have heard the live piano music (and occasional song by yours truly) which turns the beautiful room into a dining experience which is warm and casually elegant. I encourage you to come in and experience this wonderful addition to our Friday night service.

We make sure to have the lunch and dinner menus posted in ample time for you to make plans to dine with us. Whether you have unexpected guests, a hungry family or just find it too hot to cook please remember that the Galaxy is here to take care of you each and every time.
In closing, please let me invite you ask for me when you come in to visit us. It is my pleasure to get to know our guests and, whenever possible, add a personal touch to the experience. Nothing makes me happier than to create a special lunch or dinner for you.... honestly.
It is for this reason that all of the culinarians at the Galaxy, including myself, have chosen this profession.
