Greetings from the kitchens of the Galaxy!
We are just now catching our breath from a tremendous Easter Brunch. A most sincere "Thank you" to the nearly 1500 of you that shared such a special day with us.
Since the last Chef's Corner a lot has happened and more is getting underway....
Spring has sprung...
The Patio is ready to go...
The 13 City Tour is nearing completion with Cinqo de Mayo next Thursday (Please keep your eyes on the web site for some fantastic Tejana (Tex-Mex) menu items that I will be concocting)...
and the Luau is almost here!
That's right, my friends, we are going to kick off the official opening of the patio with a no holds barred Hawaiian Style Luau.
Tropical beverages, authentic cuisine, live music and a whole lot of fun....so keep checking the calender for all that is coming.
Speaking of what is coming, and this is a biggie, don't forget to make your reservations at the Galaxy for our Mother's Day Brunch which is only just a week away.
There are, as of this posting, plenty of times available to join us in honoring "Mom"...and we have some surprises planned for that special day.

Well, my friends, it is Friday night and dinner service is calling me to the kitchen...so I will close for now.
