Greetings to all from the Kitchens of the Galaxy!
I would say that Spring has sprung but I think it is snowing....so I will wait just a little bit longer.
That doesn't mean, however, that we are not trying to keep your spirits up by introducing and revisiting some of the favorites of the season.
Berries, Asparagus and herbs are slowly making their way onto the scene from Farmer Jerry.
You can definitely see and taste the difference in these locally grown items and they will play an important role for our lunch menu in the Sports Bar and Main Dining room.
Speaking of lunch....
There are so many choices for a quick bite on the go.
We believe that lunch at the Galaxy is one of the best deals going for the simple fact that you are so much more than just a number to us.
We offer a wide menu of favorites and daily specials made not only from scratch but from the finest ingredients available.
Please remember that your feedback and satisfaction are everything to us! If there is a special that you would like to see, or a dish that you are in the mood for, let us know!
We make special orders for our guests constantly and would love to see you join us for lunch!
Other than that, here is what is coming up....
Easter and Mothers' Day brunch seating's are filling up quickly so I encourage you to make your reservation asap!
The patio will be opening up as soon as Mother Nature decides to work with us and that will culminate in the ending of the 13 City Culinary Tour with a Luau on The Patio at the end of May.
We are looking at more wine dinners, cooking classes, instructional videos and much, much more.
Let us know what you would like to see and we will take it from there!!
