Greetings to all from the kitchens of the Galaxy.
So many things are happening that I don't know where to begin!
A big "Thank you" to all that helped make Mardi Gras a fantastic event! I got a chance to meet a lot of new friends and a great time was had by all.
Another "Thanks" goes to those of you that attended the Gregory Graham Wine Dinner. The winemaker himself was the master of ceremonies and all that attended were most complimentary.
Just because you were not able to attend the Graham Dinner dosen't mean that you will miss out on all of the fun. Remember that the Rotta Wine Dinner will be a week from this Friday... just check the web site for all of the details.
Now, on to the matter at hand;
Thursday is St. Patrick's Day and we here at the Galaxy cannot be more excited.
Corned Beef and Cabbage, Bangers and Mash, Guinness Medallions...and so much more will be served all day and into the night.
Come early and stay late, as the saying goes.
Easter Sunday and Mother's Day Brunch reservations are filling up fast so give us a call to reserve your spot.
No matter what you have a taste for, you will find it at the Galaxy.
