Greetings from the kitchens of the Galaxy.
We are busy getting ready for some important events coming up but here at the Galaxy.
The Cabin Fever Party is just around the corner and Valentines Weekend is not far behind.
You may want to make your reservations now because space is limited and we would love to see you.
Along with some old favorites, I am planning some new surpises to make your dining experience one that you will truly enjoy at the Galaxy.
Stuffed Halibut and Tableside Carved steak are among a few of these special dishes we have planned for your special night with your favorite person.
Other things that are new.....
You will have noticed some big flavors on the menu like the Coconut Curried Salmon, Shrimp Diablo and Stuffed Hungarian Peppers.
While these dishes have some bigger and more intense flavors we can always tone down or fire up the intensity of the dish to suit your liking.
These dishes, while "zippy", are not what I would call "HOT".
What I would call HOT is the Ghost Chili which is easily 10 times hotter than a Habanero Chili Pepper.
This pepper is very much in demand and difficult to acquire but we are going to bring it to you...carefully!
If you like it hot...and I mean really hot...then this might be for you.
