Chef's Corner from Executive Chef John Schulze:
"It is time to make changes for the fall menu. The pork tenderloin, sea scallops, ravioli, certain appetizers and small plates are going to be in line with the fall season. We have been working on these new fall menu items for the past two weeks. If you have not had them we will be featuring them for this week and would love to have your feedback. We have also changed our nightly identities this week, go to the web site and see all of the details.
We have two more clam bakes left and this could be our last week for most of the summer vegetables.
