Chef's Corner from Executive Chef John Schulze:
"The butter cup squash ravioli with sage, Swiss chard and parmesan cheese will be featured again this week. It will be our new menu ravioli going into the fall. Local Sweet potatoes, cauliflower, cabbages, fall raspberries (short time) and various squashes will arrive this week as well.
The cooler weather has diminished the heirloom tomatoes and this might be our last week. Most of the perennial herbs are coming to the end as well. If you want to join me this Tuesday, I will be at the taste of the NFL in Canton at the Football Hall of Fame serving up a couple of our signature dishes. Also, remember we have three more clam bakes scheduled for the next three Fridays." - Chef John
