Chef's Corner from Executive Chef John Schulze:
"This week we will attend the Taste of Wadsworth making mini versions or our signature burgers, BBQ pulled pork sandwich, and grilled fresh chicken tender sliders on Wednesday September 1st. To go along with these mini sliders I will have German style pickle made at the Galaxy with local cucumbers, zebra striped heirloom tomato slices, Amish sweet onions and various condiments. The fall crop of local vegetables will start coming in and we will begin making menu changes with these vegetables in mind. We should have two to three more weeks of local heirloom tomato but if you have not had them yet now is the time to stop in and order this featured salad." - Chef John
